Ingredients :
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 stick butter, cold
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
- 1 1/3 cup ice water
Method :
- Dry ingredients:
- Cut in butter with flour.
- Wet ingredients:
- Mix egg, vinegar, and water to dry ingredients.
- Bring together and knead a few times on floured work surface. Roll out the size of cookie sheet and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for an hour.
- Cut out small pieces the size of a bowl and roll out.
- Add stuffing. Oil the perimeter and fold over. Fork the edges to seal.
- Bake or deep fry 350 - 400 degrees.
