Ingredients :
- Leftover wonton wrappers
- 1 bananas (as needed) diced
- 1 small apple diced or minced
- oil to fry
Method :
- Use leftover wonton wrappers, small bowl of water, put wonton in left hand, placed 1 tbsp of bananas or apples in the middle. Use finger to dip in water and wet all around edge of wonton, fold wonton in half into triangle and press gently to seal edges.
- Fry wonton in half inch oil, when lightly brown, flip wonton over to brown the other side. Remove wonton and places on plate with paper towel to absorb extra oil.
- Or just fry wonton by itself like chips.(I had 1 wonton left and didnt want to cut up anymore fruits.)
