Recipe Hot Crab and Swiss Bites

Ingredients :

• 8 oz crab meat
• 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp curry powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 baguette, sliced

Method :

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, swiss cheese, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Spoon crab meat mixture onto each bread slice. Bake at 400 degrees F for approx. 12 minutes. Serve hot.
