Ingredients :
- 16 oz. frozen spinach (can also use fresh)
- 14 oz. paneer
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 yellow onion or 1 12 oz. bag frozen onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbs ghee
- garam masala
- curry powder
- cumin seeds or groud cumin, or both
- ground turmeric
- cayenne pepper
- chili powder
- salt
Method :
- In a large skillet mix everything but spinach and coconut milk. You can measure the spices off your taste. Allow paneer and onions to brown in skillet.
- After about 15 minutes add coconut milk and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
- Add fresh or frozen spinach and mix together. Simmer until spinach is cooked.
- If you"d like, you can cook and puree the spinach and add it to the mix. It will be great either way!
