Ingredients :
- 5 eggs (room temperature)
- 2 sticks butter (room temperature)
- 2 sticks butter (1 CUP) (room temperature)
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- bundt pan
Method :
- Preheat the oven at 350° degrees
- Mix the butter and sugar until a uniform consistency is made
- Alternate adding eggs and flour
- Add half the milk, baking powder, lemon and vanilla extract and blend
- Blend in the rest of the milk and continue blending until it forms a smooth consistency
- Grease then flour your bundt pan
- Pour batter into pan and place on the bottom rack of oven for an hour
