Ingredients :
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp leek, chopped
- 5-6 button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Bragg all purpose liquid seasoning
- 1/4 cup zucchini, sliced thinly
- 5 sugar peas, chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 Tilapia filet
- Sesame seeds
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Method :
- Once cooked flip over into a plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds and nutritional yeast.
- The picture seriously does not do it justice. When I first saw it, and thought oh boy, this isn"t going to taste like much. I was wrong it was delicious. I even went back to scrape the pan. 😜
