Ingredients :
- 600 gr salmon fillet
- to taste Salt
- to taste Ground white pepper
- 3 potatoes cut into medium cubes
- 2 carrots cut into few big pieces
- 20 gr French beans, both ends removed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- For the herb gravy:
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Method :
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
