Ingredients :
- 2 cups pretzels (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 4 ounces chicken or vegetable broth
- Shredded Mozzarella cheese (garnish)
Method :
- Wash hands
- Put 2 cups of pretzels in a large ziploc bag get a rolling pin or your hands to crush them up until competely pulverised
- In a large pot add in 4 ounces chicken brotb, 2 cups crushed up pretzels and 1 tablespoon pepper
- Once the soup is bubbly use a blender or a handheld blender, I prefer a handheld blender to really get in there
- Last but not least get a bowl and add the shredded mozzarella cheese for a garnish
