Ingredients :
- 1 cup mirin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 kg pork tenderloin (pounded evenly flat) or pork belly
- 1 tbsp butter
Method :
- Whisk together mirin, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add the pork and turn to coat well. Refrigerate until ready to cook (marinate about 30 mins or more).
- When ready to cook, heat the buttered pan to high. Reduce heat to medium and add the pork. Grill for 5 mins per side. Set aside to rest.
