Ingredients :
- 1-2 lbs fresh brussel sprouts
- Sea salt or kosher
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Olive oil
- 4-6 strips raw bacon (at least)
- optional: vidalia or purple onion
Method :
- Rinse and cut sprouts in half.
- Dice onions and raw bacon .
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Place on cooking sheet, greased and toss all ingredients
- Bake at 400F for at least 45 minutes checking, and with a spatula folding as they cook.
