Ingredients :
- Crust and topping:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1 1/2 sticks cold butter cubed
- Filling:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Pinch salt
- 1 can crushed pineapple (16ounces) drained
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 casserole dish
- Add flour sugar salt and butter in a bowl beat until combined and crumbly remove I cup of this for later
- Take tensing mixture and firmly press in your baking dish covering the bottom of pan bake 15 minutes
- In a large bowl whisk eggs add sugar sour cream flour and salt...gently fold in drained pineapple
- When crust is ready remove from oven and spoon pineapple mixture...sprinkle with remaining topping bake for 1 hr or until top is lightly browned
- Cool for 15 min
- Enjoy
