Ingredients :
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 1/2 Tbs. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs. cinnamon (optional)
Method :
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Pour mix for desired size pancakes into a hot skillet and let sit over medium heat until bubbles begin to form and flip over. (About 3 mins each side)
- Serve with butter and syrup.
