Ingredients :
- 2 cups dry rice
- 1/2 cup carrots finely chopped
- 1/3 cup celery finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method :
- Turn pressure cooker to saute put it in butter. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes or until they start softening.
- Add rice and cook another minute. Put pressure cooker on high for 3 minutes. Let sit for 3 minutes and then release.
