
Ingredients :
- 6 pieces English back bacon
- 4 eggs
- 1 handful grated cheese
- 1 knob butter for greasing
Method :
- Half cook bacon for 5 mins in a preheated oven at 200°C
- Grease 4 muffin tin pockets with butter
- Place 1 and a half pieces of bacon inside the walls of 4 of the muffin tin pockets
- Crack an egg in each of the pockets
- Cover with cheese
- Bake for 10 - 15 mins at 200°C. To get it right, I keep shaking the muffin tin until they stop wobbling
- Enjoy
