
Ingredients :
- 2 lbs Pre-steamed LG Shrimp [de-veined - de-shelled - tails left on]
- 2 Servings Fresh Sobe Noodles
- 1 Can (14 oz) Seafood Stock
- 2 tbsp Fresh Diakon Radish [chopped]
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro [rough chop]
- 4 Red Thai Chilies [chopped]
- 1/3 Cup Thai Basil [rough chopped]
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger [fine minced]
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/8 Cup Green Onions [rough chop]
- 1/2 Cup Bean Sprouts [left whole]
- 1 LG JalapeƱo [sliced]
- 2 tbsp Garlic Siracha Sauce [or sweet chile sauce]
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tbsp Siracha Sauce
- 1 tbsp Quality Fish Sauce
- 1/2 Lime [juiced + wedges for serving]
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Snap Peas [optional - not pictured]
Method :
- Here"s all you"ll need.
- Chop all vegetables.
- Place everything in a pot. Except for noodles and shrimp. Bring veggies, spices and broth to a steady boil.
- Once at a boil - add noodles. Boil for 3 minutes.
- Add pre-steamed shrimp, bring back to a boil and boil about 1 minute longer. Stir regularly as these noodles will thicken quickly. Know that you"re only heating your shrimp.
- Serve spicy noodles hot with sides of fresh lime wedges, Thai Basil, Cilantro, Soy Sauce, Siracha, Siracha Garlic Chile Sauce and Fish Sauce.
