Ingredients :
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 cup green peppers and onion, sauteed
- 1/4 tsp. southwest chipolte seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 talapia filet
- 1 tortilla
- to taste sour cream
- to taste salsa
- to taste avocado
Method :
- Took fish out of freezer. Microwaved for 1 min. on defrost. Put lemon pepper seasoning on it. Let it set.
- Took small skillet, added 1 tbsp. oil and dash of chili powder, dash of cumin, dash of Mrs. Dash salt free southwest chipolte.
- After they were done, I removed them.
- I sauteed green peppers and onions. Removed to a dish.
- I put fish in 350 degree oven in same pan to cook. Approx. 15 min. Fish cooks fast.
- I removed fish from oven and put on plate also.
- Used same frying pan for tortilla. Let get hot enough to turn over in half. Will cook really fast.
- Then add cut up fish, peppers and onion (spices are with peppers), sour cream, salsa and avocado. Add to own liking
