Ingredients :
- 8 Eggs
- 4 Tbsp Milk
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Pepper if desired
Method :
- Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper into one single mix.
- Melt butter, at medium heat, in a skillet of your choosing.
- Once the butter is melted, add the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Use a spatula to gently scrape the bottom of the skillet, until all contents have been cooked. You want there to still be a VERY small amount of liquid on the eggs still.
