Recipe Vickys Quinoa Porridge

Resep Vickys Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients :

  • 720 ml light coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 340 g dry quinoa
  • 300 g dried cherries, blueberries, strawberries etc
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • sugar / maple syrup etc to sweeten

Method :
  1. Simply put all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil then turn down to a simmer and cover
  2. Let cook for 10 - 15 minutes until the milk has been absorbed then sweeten to taste if needed and serve
  3. Our packaged quinoa is pre-washed but you might want to rinse yours off in a sieve under cold running water before you begin
