Ingredients :
- 720 ml light coconut milk or milk of choice
- 340 g dry quinoa
- 300 g dried cherries, blueberries, strawberries etc
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- sugar / maple syrup etc to sweeten
Method :
- Simply put all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil then turn down to a simmer and cover
- Let cook for 10 - 15 minutes until the milk has been absorbed then sweeten to taste if needed and serve
- Our packaged quinoa is pre-washed but you might want to rinse yours off in a sieve under cold running water before you begin
