Ingredients :
- 1 packages Pork tenderloin/country style ribs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp Worchershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing(make sure to shake bottle before using)
- 1 1/2 Garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp Onion powder and some minced onion
- 1/4 cup Grape jelly
- 2 tsp Meat tenderizer
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cracked pepper or crushed peppercorns.
Method :
- Place pork in a shallow container, with lid or a bag
- Whisk in a bowl all the ingredients. Pour it over the pork, and seal the container or bag. Place in refrigerator for a few hours to overnight so it can marinate. Reserve a little to baste with for later.
- Place in aluminum foil, and Grill until reaches 160°F internal temp.
- If you have any BBQ sauce mix left, you can brush some on them right before you start to remove them from Grill.
- Remove and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
