- 2 racks Pork ribs
Method :
- Clean and trim off excessive fat and apply rub of your choice
- Once again I"m using my pit barrel cooker, prepared the smoker and placed the hooks in the ribs
- 4 slabs easily fit, could"ve got more in there if i needed to. Placed the lid on after adding hickory chunks and walked away for 2 1/2 hrs.
- Let rest prior to cutting.
