Ingredients :
- 4 slice bacon
- 1 avocado
- 1 pita bread
Method :
- Cut the bacon into smaller piece and pan fry it with additional some oil till it"s lightly crispy and brown about 4 minutes
- Removed the seed of the avocado and lightly mash it up the avocado flesh with a fork then add in about 2 tbsp of cooked bacon and mix well
- Slice the pita into half then fill in the avocado and bacon mix and sprinkle additional crispy bacon and enjoy
