
Ingredients :
- 2 3/4 cups strong flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp olive oil more for drizzle
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper
Method :
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
- Stir yeast in a warm water and wait until it bubbles for about 10-15 minutes.
- Pour yeast mixture in flour mixture and mix until you can form like a ball.
- Transfer in an a slightly floured surface and knead until soft and elastic for about 8 minutes.
- Transfer in a oiled bowl and cover with damp cloth for 20 minutes until double it size.
- Punch down the dough and drizzle with olive oil.generously. create a hole using your finger.
- Cover again for about 10 minutes and bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown and crispy on edges.
