Recipe Maple Moonshine Butter Milk Syrup

Ingredients :

• 16 cups sugar
• 4 cups butter milk
• 4 cups butterscotch moonshine
• 2 pounds melted butter
• 4 oz corn syrup
• 4 oz maple extract

Method :

1. In you largest pot, combine butter, sugar, corn syurp, and buttermilk. Stir until sugar is disolved.
2. Warm to simmer on med heat or the milk will scorch. Once warm add moonshine, and maple extract.
3. Let cool slightly and serve.
