Ingredients :
- 1 pound sausage
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- to taste salt and pepper
Method :
- Brown sausage over medium heat in deep non stick skillet
- Add 2 tablespoons butter and still into sausage until melted
- Once butter is melted mix in 1/2 cup of flour and stir for 1-2 mins
- Add in 4 cups of milk and stir until thickens.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Serve with biscuits of your choosing
