Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 egg
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- Some greens of your preference
- 2 slices cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Few slices of avocado
Method :
- Mixed the wholemeal and plain flour, salt, egg, milk and maple syrup until you get a smooth runny batter. You may use a blender to do so. It"s much faster.
- The mixture will look runny like this.
- Heat up a non stick pan. Oil the pan with a little butter and pour half of the batter into the center of the pan. Quickly twirl and turn the pan so that the crepe is well spread out.
- Once the batter is well spread out, cooked it for 5 mins on Low heat. Then carefully turn the crepe over and cook for another 1 mins. This recipe makes 2 large crepes.
- The crepe is ready for the wrap now! You can add anything you like in the wrap. For me I had the a slice of good cheese, some greens, cherry tomatoes and avocado.
- Wrap the the vegetables with the crepe and toast me it in a toaster for another 5 mins. The wrap is ready to be served!
