Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup yogurt (I used a sweet variety)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup flour
Method :
- Combine yogurt and egg, mix well. In a separate bowl, combine baking powder and flour, stirring thoroughly.
- Pour wet batter to the dry one. Fold and mix several times until you get a thick batter.
- Wait for 1-2 minutes, let the batter bubble a bit.
- Fry in a pan.
- Enjoy with butter, syrup, or whatever you like!
