Ingredients :
- 2 cups white rice
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 4 cups cold water
- 3-4 tsp chicken bouillon
- 2-4 T butter
- 1/4-1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Method :
- In a medium sauce pan add dry rice. Add water, bouillon and chopped onion.
- Set on stove top, turn heat on high. When it starts to boil turn down the heat to low & cover. Set timer for 15 min.
- Fluff with a fork, add butter & parmesan. Stir till sticky & creamy, season with salt and pepper if desired
