Ingredients :
- 800 gr unpeeled potatoes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- Rosemary
Method :
- Preheat oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place potato on tray, drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and rosemary.
- Cook in oven, turning occasionally, for 40 mins or until golden brown.
