Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese Spread (I like garlic flavored or add your own seasonings for flavors)
- 1/8 cup skim milk
- 9 oz fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup panko
Method :
- Preheat oven to 425 F, spray loaf pan (or similar size).
- Melt cream cheese and milk in skillet, mix well while heating but do not boil.
- Add spinach, cover and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until spinach wilts. Stir in half of each of the shredded cheeses.
- In a separate bowl, mix remaining cheeses with panko.
- Pour mixture in prepared baking dish, top with crumb mixture.
- Bake ~10 minutes, until bubbly. Let set for 5 min to thicken.
