Ingredients :
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 16 Pieces Asparagus
- 1 Cup Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
- Salt and Pepper
- Minced Basil
Method :
- Tenderize chicken into 4 x 4 x 1/4" squares.
- Stuff the chicken with all ingredients.
- Roll the chicken tightly around ingredients.
- Sear chicken on both sides. Place in oven temped at 400°F for 20 minutes.
