Ingredients :
- 2 Largish Bananas
- 2 Cups Oats
- Any Other flavours and fillings you like!
- * I used
- 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
- Handful Sultanas
Method :
- Mash banana till completely combined.
- Add oats and mix together well.
- Add in your extra fillings (in my case the sultanas and almond extract) and mix well.
- Put in a pre-heated oven at 350F / 180C for 10-12, until just catching the edges (but only slightly!)
- Leave to completely cool and enjoy. :)
