Ingredients :
- 4 cups cornflour
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 Tbsp dill weed
- 1 lemon
Method :
- Add egg and buttermilk
- Add cornflour and dry seasonings
- Dunk salmon into egg and buttermilk
- Dredge salmon into cornflour mix
- Fry, depending on the thickness abt 4min on each side.
- Drizzle on fresh squeezed lemon
