Ingredients :
- 1.5 lbs yellow squash, chopped (5-6 small)
- 1.5 lbs green cabbage, chopped (1 small head)
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- cooking spray
- 4 T butter
- 1-2 tsp sea salt, to taste
- 1-2 tsp garlic powder, to taste
- 1 T sugar or 2 packets sweetener
Method :
- Spray large pot with cooking spray. Add squash and saute.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- Add cabbage and cover, stirring occasionally.
- Add butter, salt, garlic and sweetener. Mix well and serve.
