Ingredients :
- 350 g raw peeled prawns
- 1 fish stock cube
- 60 ml olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 2 spring onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- to taste ground black pepper
- to taste salt
- to taste hot paprika or hot sauce of your choice
- bunch parsley (chopped)
Method :
- Heat the olive oil over a mendium heat then add the onions, garlic, stock cube, hot sauce, black pepper, salt, lemon juice and parsley. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the garlic has softened.
- Add the prawns and cook for a further 5 minutes or until the prawns have turned pink on both sides. Enjoy with warm crusty bread.
