Ingredients :
- 1 lb lean ground pork
- 1/2 sweet onion, diced
- 1/2 cup asian stir-fry sauce
- 4 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 cups broccoli slaw (or coleslaw mix)
- 1 head bibb or boston lettuce - for lettuce wraps
- 1 package flour tortillas - for burritos
Method :
- Brown pork in skillet until no longer pink, drain. Add onion, stir fry until translucent.
- Serve with lettuce or on tortillas.
