Ingredients :
- 1 can (28 oz) Pork 'n' Beans
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 5-6 thick cut Bacon slices
Method :
- Combine ketchup, bbq sauce, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic & pepper in a medium bowl & mix well, set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Open can of beans & pour off the standing liquid in the top of the can. Add beans to ketchup mixture. Mix beans gently with the ketchup mixture until combined & pour into a shallow 1 quart baking dish.
- Cut bacon into 1.5 inch pieces. Then place evenly in a single layer on top of the beans.
- Bake beans, uncovered, at 350° for 1-1.5 hours or until bacon is cooked thoroughly & starting to crisp.
