Ingredients :
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Method :
- Fill a frying pan with the oil and let it heat up for 2 minutes
- When the oil is hot enough slowly add the flour a tablespoon at a time while mixing. Keeping mixing and adding the flour until it goes a light brown colour 3-4 min
- Now start to add the Chicken stock, again a tablespoon at a time. Continue to mix until all the stock is in and the mixture has turned a dark brown colour.
- Once all the bits have mixed in your done. Tastes great with buttery mash.
