Ingredients :
- 420 g Thinly sliced pork loin

- 1 Tbsp ★ Fresh ginger root (grated)
- 2 Tbsp ★ Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp ★ Sake
- 1 Tbsp ★ Sugar
- 1/4 tsp ★ Salt
- 1/4 tsp ★ Sesame oil
- ........................................................................
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
Method :
- Marinade the pork loin and all the ingredients (see everything marked with a ★) into a Ziploc bag.
- Massage with your hand.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and saute them on high heat until it becomes brown.
- Serve it with thinly shredded cabbage.
