Ingredients :
- 250 grams chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sugar
Method :
- Cut the chicken breast in 2 cm cubes.
- Add the oil and spices to the chicken, give it a good mix and set it aside for 15 minutes.
- Put the chicken on the presoaked skewers.
- Preheat your grill on medium high heat.
- Add the chicken and grill it for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
