Ingredients :
- 375 grams flour
- 1 can Blue Ribbon beer
- salt
- 250 grams flour
- 1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 4 tsp fine grated parmesan
- salt
- pepper
- 5 fish fillets
Method :
- Coat fish in dry flour mix
- Once fried and all been on paper towel to absorb excess oil place in oven on 140°C and let sit for 20mins.
