Ingredients :
- 1/2 C bacon fat
- 1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 C rice vinegar
- 1/2 C dijon
- 1/4 C Sriracha
- 3/4 oz basil; chiffonade
- 1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper
Method :
- Place vinegar, dijon, sriracha, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse to combine.
- Slowly drizzle fat and oil into processor while pulsing to emulsify.
