Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
- 6 fresh mint leaves chopped
- 4 slices cucumber chopped small
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
Method :
- Add the yogurt to a mixing bowl
- Chop up the mint leaves, add to the yogurt and mix in
- Add a squeeze of lemon and mix
- Add the chopped cucumber, stir and add to serving bowl. Add a sprinkle of parsley
