Ingredients :
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 medium stalk celery, diced
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method :
- Mix everything together
- Add cilantro, jicama, or anything else that sounds good
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to one week
