
Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoon chili infused olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup tamari soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons sriracha hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method :
- Heat oil in small saucepan and add garlic and soften for 1 minute
- Add remaining ingredients and cook on low until thickened to a smooth sauce about 4 to five minutes
- Serve as a condiment for dipping or brush on meats before grilling. Use small amounts to season vegetables and tic and in asian pasta dishes.
