Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 split chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup milk
Method :
- Preheat oven to 400 deg
- In a 9x13 baking pan melt butter in the preheating oven (5-7min). While butter is melting, stir together all remaining ingredients in a pie pan except the chicken breasts and milk.
- Dip chicken first in milk, second coat evenly in flour mixture, third dip in butter and place in pan skin side up.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and golden brown
