Ingredients :
- 2 eggs *
- 2 Tbsp sugar *
- pinch salt *
- 7 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- Flour
- 800 g Washed american grapes
Method :
- Mix well all ingredients marked with *
- Add 7 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 2 Tbsp milk on top of step 1 ingredients, mix well together.
- Add 4 Tbsp flour then knead.
- Add more flour until the dough becomes soft and smooth.
- Form into a ball and cover with the flour then let it rest for 30 mins.
- Prepare cookie sheet on the oven baking pan, and roll the dough out.
- Top with the grapes, sprinkle with a tablespoon of sugar
- Bake your grape focaccia in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40 minutes; once cooked, let it cool and serve sliced.
