Ingredients :
- 3 boneless chicken breast
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1 each of red, green, orange and yellow bell peppers: dice them up
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup bayou cajun spice
- 1 tablespoon louisiana hot sauce
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup corn starch
Method :
- Put everything except corn starch in crockpot. Make sure chicken is covered.
- Set crockpot for 8 hours.
- Once chicken is cooked through, cut up or shred and put back in crockpot.
- Mix some of the broth separately with corn starch until creamy and add to crockpot.
- Serve over rice or your choice of pasta.
