Ingredients :
- 1 package extra firm tofu, mashed
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 5 grinds black pepper
- 3 grinds Himalayan pink salt
- 3 shakes red pepper flakes
- 10 shakes charcoal barbecue seasoning
- 4 grinds hilli & garlic seasoning
- 5 squirts sriracha sauce
- 1 squirt lemon or lime juice
- 1/3 jar Korean barbecue or sweet chilli cooking sauce
- 2 handfuls fresh or frozen vegetables, diced or sliced
- 9 whole wheat tortillas
Method :
- Mix all ingredients together, excluding the vegetables and tortillas
- Add mixture and vegetables to large pan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly
- Serve on 3 tortillas per person
