  3. Plus, the corn as a side, if opted.
  4. Authors Note:
  5. Stove Top calls for 1 1/2 cups water and 1/4 cup butter. However, I like to jazz mine up a bit by using chicken broth instead of water. It adds so much more flavor. I also add two additional tablespoons dehydrated onions and 1 tablespoon dried parsley for color.
  6. Also, know that a great microwavable brand of mashed potatoes is Bob Evans. You can find it in any major supermarket chain.
  7. 10 MINUTES FAST! HERE GOES!
  8. Small chop your butter and mix broth, butter, dehydrated onions and dried parsley together with your stuffing.
  9. Microwave stuffing covered for 5 minutes.
  10. In the meantime, toast your thick slices of artisanal bread.
  11. Pull your turkey slices out of the fridge.
  12. Add 2 tablespoons butter to your corn in a microwavable bowl. Dash with dried parsley and mix.
  13. Open your jar of turkey gravy and place in a small microwavable bowl.
  14. Vent your microwavable mashed potatoes.
  15. Remove stuffing and fluff with a fork. Add additional chicken broth if you feel your stuffing is a bit too dry. Mix well.
  16. Seal stuffing tightly until ready to use.
  17. Place potatoes, corn and gravy in microwave for 4 minutes.
  18. Pull everything out of microwave - quickly fluff potatoes, stir corn and whisk gravy.
  19. TO CONSTRUCT SANDWICHES
  20. If opting for cranberry sauce - smear toast with it.
  21. If not, place moist stuffing on toast.
  22. Lightly spoon drizzle gravy over the top of stuffing.
  23. Add turkey slices on top of stuffing.
  24. Scoop on mashed potatoes.
  25. Generously spoon drizzle tops with gravy.
