Ingredients :
- 1/2 onion
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 spoon butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 spoons Yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup soya milk
- Fresh coriander
- 2 cups water
- 1 cube chicken broth knorr
- 2 spoons corn starch
Method :
- Put the butter in a pan with the onions and saute for 2-3 mins. Add the cut mushrooms and saute for 3-4 mins and take off the fire.
- In another pot put 2 cups water with chicken broth and mix. Put in the yogurt, milk and soya milk, and add some corn starch until it becomes creamy.
- Add the mushrooms and onions from the other pan and stir. Add salt & pepper and boil for 5 mins and its ready.
- Put the soup in a plate, add the fresh coriander and enjoy! Absolutely delicious..never buying ready mushroom soup again!
